- Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a major manufacturing defect

Any return or replacement request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. - Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:

- Minor color variation due to screen differences

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or mobile banking within a reasonable timeframe. - Delivery Charges
